We all know how important wholesome foods are. Food is physical fuel for your body to perform the way you want it to.

Depending on your food habits, we can spend anywhere from 40 minutes to a few hours eating every day. Say you spend 15 minutes eating breakfast, 25 minutes eating lunch, and 30 minutes eating dinner – that’s around 70 minutes eating daily. A week, that’s over 8 hours of eating. A month, that’s 35 hours. A year, that’s over 425 hours.
